Total legal coverage is what people think about when they hire a law firm. You will pay a "retainer" (aka required deposit) towards the attorney fees you will incur during your case. It's kind of like a savings account with the attorney. The attorney will bill out at an hourly rate. There is a rate for attorney time and a rate for paralegal time. When your bill comes due each month, the law firm will use the money in your "account" and pay for their fees. You will continue to make additional deposits to maintain a certain balance in the account until your case is completed. You may, depending on your case, pay additional deposits for other milestones in the case. A good example of an additional deposit is, if your case does go to trial, you will pay a trial deposit. TLC Representation is having the attorney represent you 100%, front to back, and provide you with the legal advice you need through the whole case.
